I really just wanted to let you know what a great group of people you have working at the Hounds Lounge! My husband and I are forever grateful that we have such a fun and caring place to take Gus to play.
Weve recently had trouble with the big name groomers, and Im thrilled that you now offer grooming services!

Dear Tracy & Hounds Lounge staff,
Thank you all so much for taking care of Baloo while I went away. Before I knew that the Hounds Lounge existed, I had resigned myself to the fact that I could never go anywhere by plane (at 165 lbs, Baloo is too large to fly in an airplane). You have made it possible for me to leave town!
Your staff was so understanding when I called to check on Baloo (sometimes twice a day!) I appreciate not only the respect that they gave me, but also the fact that they knew immediately how she was doing and what she had eaten that day. I could tell they genuinely cared about her.
Baloo had a wonderful time at the Hounds Lounge, and we will be sure to come back soon.
Thank you againyou have brought a much needed business to the Boise area, and I cannot express how appreciative I am.
